Returns

Please thoroughly inspect all products received for damage, flaws and correct color/yardage before installing, cutting, or using. No returns will be accepted for any errors after the item has been used, cut, installed or otherwise modified in any way. 

You have 30 calendar days to return your purchase from the date of transaction.
We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging or proof of purchase.
We consider all other returns on a case by case basis.

If an error has been made on your order (incorrect yardage, wrong item or color, etc.) please contact us for an exchange and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

If no error has been made on your order, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it including all original packaging and with the tag intact. You must also have the receipt of proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees on returns with no errors on your order are non-refundable.

Once a returned item is received, we will send an email notifying you. We will inspect the item and if it is eligible for a refund, we will credit the original payment method within 14 days.

Non-returnable Items

The following are all items that are not eligible for return, except in the case of an error on our part:

  • Foam products that have been opened and is not in the original packaging.
  • Fabric, Vinyl, Headliner or Marine canvas in pieces under 5 yards.
  • Any Closeout, Overstock item, or sale items.
Damaged Packages

If your package arrives from the carrier with damage to the ordered goods, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving. We request that you provide photos of the damage in order for us to file a claim with the shipper. Damaged package incidents are resolved on a case by case basis.

Pricing
All listed pricing is subject to change without notice of any kind. Pricing errors are subject to correction. In the event of a pricing error, a representative will reach out to you prior to shipping your order.

Shipping costs vary depending upon the carrier’s base fees, customer location, shipping method and package size/weight/dimensions. Depending upon the dimensions and packaging needs of ordered items, some items may be shipped in separate rolls or boxes to comply with the shipping service’s policies.

If shipping charges are misquoted due to carrier calculator outages or other quoting issues, we will contact you to discuss issues with your shipping fees and provide options for other carriers or changes in shipping.

Shipping charges for rolls over 39” in length, heavy, bulky or multiple packages are often higher due to carrier oversize fees.

If you would like to pick up your items in-person, you may select the “Will Call” option from your list of available shipping methods. We provide Will Call service free of charge.

Aerosol cans and other hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air and some adhesives and cleaners can only be shipped via ground, please refer to individual item info for specifications on which items are ineligible for certain shipping methods.

Our website does not track live inventory. If an item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, a customer service representative will contact you and discuss backorder or item removal options.
