Shipping costs vary depending upon the carrier’s base fees, customer location, shipping method and package size/weight/dimensions. Depending upon the dimensions and packaging needs of ordered items, some items may be shipped in separate rolls or boxes to comply with the shipping service’s policies.
If shipping charges are misquoted due to carrier calculator outages or other quoting issues, we will contact you to discuss issues with your shipping fees and provide options for other carriers or changes in shipping.
Shipping charges for rolls over 39” in length, heavy, bulky or multiple packages are often higher due to carrier oversize fees.
If you would like to pick up your items in-person, you may select the “Will Call” option from your list of available shipping methods. We provide Will Call service free of charge.
Aerosol cans and other hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air and some adhesives and cleaners can only be shipped via ground, please refer to individual item info for specifications on which items are ineligible for certain shipping methods.
Our website does not track live inventory. If an item is temporarily out of stock or unavailable, a customer service representative will contact you and discuss backorder or item removal options.
